Brian’s executive coaching focuses primarily on three key areas; leadership development, talent management and effective communication.

The leadership development process itself is based on a powerful but fundamentally simple concept. It is essentially the process of determining where you are going, what you have to get there, and how to maximize the power of your assets and minimize your limitations. Whether thinking of leadership development for an individual or for a company, the basic steps are identical. Create a vision of the objective, determine the current resources to get there, fill in the gaps through learning and application, and evaluate the results.

Although talent management is driven by the CEO, it is everyone’s job to focus on development. This extends to all employees, not just leaders. The succession planning process, however, focus on those who are viewed as leaders, future leaders and critical individual contributors.

Developing excellent communication skills is absolutely essential to effective leadership. The leader must be able to share knowledge and ideas to transmit a sense of urgency and enthusiasm to others. If a leader can't get a message across clearly and motivate others to act on it, then having a message doesn't even matter.

Fees
BA Search Group provides executive coaching on a retained or hourly basis. For a retainer coaching engagement we will have several exploratory conversations prior to setting fees. For hourly or short term assignments the fee is $125 per hour with a nine hour minimum commitment. Brian Anderson believes that under-promising and over-delivering is the only way to meet and exceed his clients’ expectations. Brian also wants to maintain you as a client and create raving fans, which doesn’t happen unless you get results.
